nute levels?

First-timer growing NL autos in coco coir with Fox Farms nutes. The hydroponic feeding schedule on their brochure says 2 tsp/gal of Big Bloom and 1 tsp/gal of Grow Big for seedlings, 3 tsp and 2 tsp for weeks 1 and 2. Do I straight-up use these numbers, or go 1/4 strength like many suggest, or do full strength but only water with nutes half the time? Sorry, it's probably a stupid noob question, but I'm a stupid noob

be careful, more is less with nutrients, i suggest adding a TEA spoon for every gallon or two gallons, plants need less than you think alot of the time and alot of the time the nutes that you get are very concentrated therefore they get alot more than you see. goodluck
