Amazing customer service, didn’t ask for another but hey I won’t complain!
Yeah, Lars is great. He and I have been talking back/forth since I got mine. I had the same question about the label. It's different from the one on their website.

Question for the experts: Does that Nitrogen seem high? I'm having a nitrogen issue with one of my plants right now, with the leaves clawing. I flushed it the last 4 days with no nutes and it's not getting any better. but I needed to feed the plant something today, so I went back to the CS. Not sure if it'll reverse or if those leaves are just trashed now. Otherwise, the plant is doing great.

No pics from this morning, but girls are doing just fine. The CS plants are in flower already. (I'm growing autos.) The GH girls are getting bigger, as the CS plants plateaued. They're catching up, but not there yet. Certainly not close to flowering either.

maybe a bit too much soup? How much cal-mag do you use? Maybe there’s already some in the soup as they claim it’s got a lil bit of everything

Sounds like... too much of a good thing, and the returns are diminishing. I just got mine, but I thought about maybe 2xs a week to see how it goes. Might just try it on a couple smaller plants and see if the catch up. Just found 7 boys in the girls locker room, so I am kinda bummed... but they had to go.

Here's a shot today. The GH girls are catching up, but the CS girls are fully in flower at this point. So I guess we'll have to see what happens with bulk and yield at this point. The GH plants are still a little smaller though.

I tried your method... I fed CS on about 10 of my not so agreesive plants... instead of just tossing them and watiting for the next run. I want to see if they catch up. Thanks for sharing your story. Nice looking peeps

A few days later, and take a look at this. (Left: CSFTS. Right: GH 3-part)

I'm posting frequent updates, because the change in the size of the plants is dramatic and I don't think anyone would believe me if I just posted a bunch of pics at the end of the run. The CS plants are more than 2X bigger than the GH plants, and continue to grow bigger every day. After this pic, I took the fat fans off of the GH plants, and did some LST. I LST'd the bigger plants last week on Wednesday. One of the branches on the big plant snapped a bit, so I wired it back in place, hoping it would heal. It seems to be working thus far. Not sure what to do about that if it doesn't.

Anyway. Another update in 3-4 days.
Hey i just started using chicken soup as well , how much chicken soup are you mixing per gallon of water? And i also seen you were adding cal/mag as well super curious on what kind and the ratio per gallon you mix. Should i be adding cal mag in veg ?

No it is not high. I am growing in living soil and 2 of my plants were showing signs of nitrogen deficiency thats when i decided to start using the soup and it brought them back for me.

I read somewhere, or was told to add Cal/Mag to every watering, so that's what I've been doing. 10ml for my 2gal watering jug every day. That reminds me...I need to order more.

I'm adding 30ml of CS to my 2gal pot on "feeding days" plus the cal/mag. I then pH to 6.2-6.6.

Here are the girls now. Blueberry up front, White Widow in the back - CS on the left and GH on the right. The other plant in flower is a Diesel Auto that's about 2 weeks ahead of the other 4. Ignore her....she just wanted to be in the picture.

Tablespoon is just under 15ml... 14.7ml. So 30ml for 2 gal, is about right. 14.7ml for 1 gal or 29.4ml for the 2 gal... but just round up so you dont drive yourself crazy

Yeah, I was confused by that too. Had to do the calculations a few different ways just to make sure. It seemed like so much more in cc, but sure as shit....it's the same.

The big thing for me is that it's SO MUCH EASIER than all the other charts and measurements of the GH system. I'm sure there are other simple systems out there, but this one is working well for me. I'll post more pics next week as they're coming into flower seriously now. I think that'll be the determining factor here. One of the Blueberry plants lost a branch when I was watering. Nozzle got caught on a leftover wire from when I was LST that I didn't see. Pulled the whole branch off. It was one of the CS plants, so that'll effect the overall yield test, but I'm not too worried about it.

Great thread!!! Thanks for the updates and pictures. Looking forward to seeing the outcome but so far I am sold. Just recently received my order of CS. Started using it on my vegetables and hemp seedlings. Thinking about using CS for a half acre hemp grow and vegetable garden this season through drip irrigation and fertilizer injector.

I'm a first time grower been using this since 2-16-2020 - these plants were teenagers when I got them. One was in my friends window of his how's since November. His wife was actually picking flower the whole time.Capture+_2020-05-02-01-10-19.png0502200136_HDR.jpg0225202030~2.jpg0410201219_HDR~3.jpg0502200137_HDR.jpgCapture+_2020-05-02-01-10-19.png0502200136_HDR.jpg0225202030~2.jpg0502200137_HDR.jpg0410201219_HDR~3.jpg
