Nope it does not look like nute burn. How are your temps and air flow?

Temperature is fine. Air flow as well.

I fed 3 days ago. 1/4 the amount. They burned like this very suddenly.

What type of dirt/nutes are you using?

I wasn't sure but it looks like you have a mutated growth on one of your branches, like the plants tryin to grow but cant make tissue. It looks like an even all over leaf edge yellowing with pale green leaves. Im no expert but i think im gonna go with nute lockout of just nutrient deficiency.
