MG pre-nuted crappy cheap ass soil will actually work pretty well if you don't try to start cuttings or seeds in it. (start in peat pellets (pucks)
I mean if you don't want to put the work into going around trying to find better.
You will want to make sure and not veg longer than a month or so, so it's not out of nutes before flowering is done and you still may need to buy some off the shelf flowering nutes for like $5 if they show signs of running out, Shultz Bloom or whatever is ok and like the man said if it's good for tomatoes... If you end up needing to add ferts to that soil be super careful, go way easy on it.
There is certainly better, but for the money and ease of use it's ok. About the same as using non pre-nuted soil and adding the cheap stuff, but maybe less likely to really do serious damage from overdoing it on ferts.
If you use it, add 20% - 30% pearlite to make it drain better if you can. NON-NUTED pearlite. (yes they make pearlite with nutes in it, no I don't know why)
