I am not sure I know what you are saying is the stuff designed to be outraged about.

I know how I got a copy of that report, it was an investigation and they did a report on them that was submitted to congress. That was then put into the public domain. At that point I was very interested in how we were attacked and so I read them all as they came out, along with the house hearings. Combined with the reports in the press, and I am pretty confident in how solid the sources are for these reports.

The Russians are dividing us up and spamming people with the exact content that they will fall most easily for based on all of their online data. Trump is also using this to do the same thing so that they can get Trump re-elected. Sanders might have just been a place holder, but I find his almost running in 2012 (when Trump was also thinking about running too) against Obama suspect, along with his not warning the American public about the Russian attack until months after he learned of it, because the Press learned about it and asked him.

Since it came out in 2018 it was the Trump administration. The information was also released in the bi-partisan senate report and a couple non-partisan scientific reports on the actual attacks on our democracy. Also there have been a handful of court reports so Judicial branch, and the hearings in both the Democratic and Republican house (although the Republican's mainly asked stupid questions and allowed the witnesses to claim POTUS on everything they didn't want to answer), and a couple senate hearings.

This is a sophisticated attack the Russians used to amplify the divisions in our society to divide us up further. Unfortunately Trump and the Republicans are complicit in allowing it to continue.

Well we know it won't be Biden, because he proved that he was not for sale during his political career as one of the only politicians to not cash in on their office while they were in power.

Besides Trump already got himself impeached trying to push the Russian narrative on Biden against Ukraine.
