I believe these are 16 days from seed just under a t5 right now until outside temps rise so I can use my 480 watt qb

Nice one bro. They look lush! Mine had some strange crinkling in the leaves at this stage but that was due to high light intensity. The leaf shape looks exactly the same to me minus the crinkling
Topping and lst worked great on this strain. They have also handled quite a high PPM (500ppm early veg 950ppm late veg) so they seem pretty robust. Hope that helps you in terms of how much to feed them.

Haha. So the first time was because my landlord came around to give me a leaflet on where to dispose of my rubbish (I lived in a block of apartments), and instead of leaving it in the mail box like I asked him to, he illegally entered my apartment and called the cops when he saw my plants.
The 2nd time, was only a few years ago. I had a flatmate (room mate), he had threatened to kill himself after his girlfriend broke up with him. The police came around to do a welfare check and walked into my bedroom by mistake, thinking it was his room. I was doing a closet grow and there was no hiding it.
It's illegal here. The first time I got 200 hours of community service. The second time I got 6 months prison. I have alot to lose, if i were to be caught again I'd likely be sentenced to 2 years prison.

New Zealand looks amazing also I’d love to visit that place lol you guys got covid all figured out fast! Lol but how come you need a heater ? Where is this tent shouldn’t it be pretty warm there and easy to just have high temps in the tent alone ?

Haha yea me too bro. It's crazy? When I sit in my grow tent and think about what I'm doing, I struggle to understand why it's illegal or who I'm harming by growing plants for personal use. Theres no logical explanation.
We had a referendum last year, to decriminalize cannabis, and to legalise cannabis for medical use. The vote was 46% yes 54% no. So close!!!
Funny how you can go to a bottle shop and buy unlimited alcohol, and cause serious harm to yourself and other people and yet its legitimate. Yet I've been arrested for having a roach in my pocket. Anyway I'm pretty defiant and I dont have much faith in our justice system so I'm just gonna do what I'm doing and hope the scrum bags leave me alone.

Yea it is beautiful here, but to me, it's just my home. I'm so used to being surrounded by beautiful backdrops and stunning beaches that it's easy to forget how lucky we are here.
Alot of people think nz is tropical. It's not. The highest temps are around 35°c. It's the end of summer for me, the average daily temp in my city is about 15 - 18°c at the moment, and it's getting colder by the day.

Haha crazy we’re just getting out of winter right now and it’s hitting plus 11 and just loving it my grow tent is already hitting 28 plus easily lol

Nice! I cant win. My last grow was at the beginning of summer and my tents temps were 34°c which caused them to hermie fml! That was under a 600w hps. So I bought a top end led light to reduce heat issues and now it's too cold haha.
See all the seeds. My grow was looking exceptional until flower week 4/5

Yeah I agree I did the same thing bought a high end led not knowing much about it until I did a lot of research when I wasn’t getting good growth. So with a hps you need a say..... 25 24 and your actual leaf temp under that light will read closer to 32 s and plants dont metabolise if their leaf temp isn’t up so that’s why you need a warmer room so the leaf temp will basically be the room temp so you can get away with high temps with leds cause the lack infrared light my last grow I ran 29 60 rh for the entire flower and did great!

Sweet bro, I appreciate the info. I had no idea that i needed to focus on those temps. I just assumed that LEDs have lower temp output and assumed that was the end of it. Makes sense though, after reading up about it. It's a fucking complex plant.
I hope you do well with the gelatos you've got growing. I'll keep updating my log once a week with photos and any issues I come into. Good luck bro!

Flower Day 15
Some good growth over the past few days. Tops have almost reached the 2nd scrog net. I'll be moving my lights up higher in a few days to make up for this. Yesterday I gave them their first full strength bloom nutes feed, along with the usual calmag and a little Molasses. They seem to be drinking about 3.5 litres of water/nutes every 2 or 3 days.
