It's ok to bump.
IMO the main advantage to supercroping is maintaining a somewhat level canopy. This allows a larger number of bud sites to enjoy maximum exposure to light. Supercroping combined with Topping and LST can allow one plant to have dozens of exposed buds sites. You've got a healthy looking plant but I don't see any side branching that could be SC. You didn't say what type of setup you have or type of lights but I would guess your not using HID lighting. May suggestion is to go ahead and flowering.
there is no end to the information that is available regarding growing cannabis. If you have questions just be willing to look and read. Good luck

I don't grow hydro, but that looks like trouble. Your roots are quite dark as well possibly signaling some root rot, but like I said, I don't know jack about hydro.

I'm growing a Purple OG Kush in soil now. You can check it out on the link in my signature. Seems like she eats the nutes up real quick. At a minimum of 2 of 3 waterings I give her a full serving of nutes and she keeps coming back for more. Seems like around week 3 of flowering things started yellowing up (normal for flowering), but I'm going to hit her with a little extra N to slow it down today and see what happens. I tied down her top in wk 1 on flowering (she was 3.5 ft tall) and it has given me 10+ tops now. I don't think she's going to be a light producer like you said, but I might have just gotten a nice pheno. She has also been very resistant to heat (had a few issues in the beginning, others suffered she pushed through without noticing). Also seems like she's a heavy rooter. When I harvest I bet the 5 gal bucket is nothing but root!

Wow, if that is the true color of your roots, I'd be scared too! Try using some H2O2. Depending on what strength you buy, be careful on the directions.

Actually its not that color most of the brownish stuff is the nute stuck in it so im thinking of removing it with my hand, what do you think about this? does it harm the root?

If it were me (coming from the guy with no hydro experience) I wouldn't touch the roots, but rinse them off with some ph'ed 0ppm water, and then get them back where they belong.

The organic nutes are a bad idea in dwc. It looks like you have a dwc bucket in one photo... although another pic looks like ebb n flo...

For the root rot you can rinse them with tap water and use ypur fingers to get all the brown slime shit off. Gently pull on them to see if any dead roots want to come off. Make a new res with benes... or try your luck with h2o2.

and wats wrong with the yellowing?

The yellowing is caused by the inability of your dead rotten roots to uptake nutes. Either that or ph lockout from root rot making your ph dive... take your pick. More severe problems are soon to follow if you don't get the water in your res under control.

i managed to clear the roots from the pathegon and cleared the res from rot so hopefully everything will be fine soon but most of the roots got cut will they grow back soon? how long?

Probably in the next 2-3 days you will see new white growth popping through the net pot, but it could take longer. Make sure the medium stays damp because you won't have roots in the res... so switch to top feed and give them low ppm because there is no root mass to soak up high concentrations of nutes.

What kind of setup do you have... do you have a way to check your ph, and are you using h2o2 or benes?
