It's always fun to drag out some of the past that "deals" with drugging in the old days.
As a charter member of the OG Club I'll start it off:

Remember when we used to fold a towel under the bottom of the door so smoke wouldn't escape and
get us in trouble?

Remember when pot was sold by the "deuce" ($2) or "can" ($5-10)?

Remember when finding a bagseed was a bad thing?

Remember when long hair was a sign of passivity?

Remember when 4 guys could finish an ounce of pot at one sitting?

Remember when the only brand names were Acapaulco Gold, Panama Red and Jamaican?

Remember when growing pot was a dangerous thing to do?

Remember when the ability to roll a joint was real important?

Got any more?

Depending on where you lay your head some or all of these points still exist to a degree..

a little younger than you i assume... but in the UK we used to smoke "soap bar" (a very poor quality hash) mixed with powdered tobacco in a bucket bong (2 litre bottle in a bucket of water).

To make a good "mix" and pull a good bong was the utmost life skill we knew.

Anyone else do the same?

Yes, though we called them gravity bongs and did not put tobacco in there.

Childhood poverty drove us to 'filling' it out I suppose.

2 cigs to a 1/4oz...... known as a 2 ciggie mix

old school roll the backy out off a cig, and refill with a mix, rocky black in them days, well before soap bar shit.

edit sorry. i remember when no one would buy homegrown in the uk, they all wanted ( imported) fuck me that was a while ago.

i remember first time i went to amsterdam and smoked pollen...... it made me cry when i had to come home and smoke sop bar again

Good one, I'd forgotten twirling the tobacco out of a Camel and using a match to poke the
pot into the empty paper.

remember when we smoked out of metal pipes,

when a 'nick' or 'nickel' was a quarter

when graffix bongs were the shit

when my dad grew two 12 footers and a ten footer behind the house and only had to worry about the neighborhood kids pinching leaves.

when zig zags were the only way to roll
