I would recommend a real setup. Throw in a few 27 watt cfl's @ 6500k. But if this is all you can provide for now, put them under the lights. When you go from outside to inside the humidity levels will probably change drastically. I don't believe that's good for the plants. If your going to be growing them inside, keep them in that environment.

LOL, well you might want to figure all that shit out dude. Certain spectrum's are better at different phases of the plants growth. Sounds like you got the bulbs with a red spectrum, good for flowering stage.

Flouros garbage for flowering? Careful man, you might stir up a huge debate here! No, plenty of people have been successful at their grows using red spectrum cfl's. Take a look around this website, they have a section dedicated soley to cfl grows.

Post some pics if you can!

don't cut your seedling! in fact, don't cut anything until it is over 12 inches tall and even then don't cut anything (unless you're topping).

GrnMan's advice about lighting should be heeded.

Can you find any pics or take some pics of what you think is wrong? It could be that you're just worrying too much since you screwed up last time and nothing is actually wrong.

don't do anything until new growth appears. if the new growth is green and healthy then ignore the oddball brown leaf. if the new growth is very yellow or brown - then we can start worrying.
