Thats the light I ordered and am currently using. Last time I grew LEDs were new I still had hps/mh haa..

200w from the wall it pulls so far it seems to do its job ok I guess.
Is it worth upgrading to a better light , I figured it would be plenty for the size but no experience so figured I'd ask!
Thanks

Well was looking at theose new boards with the lm301b diodes not to expensive migur buy it just to conpare

ehhhhh kinda quantum boards are definitely great but ive been seeing alot of led strips starting to break into the market and crush it but quantum boards are definitely better then any of the older leds / blurples the light you are using isnt bad by any means i have a buddy that has the next size up and loves it i personally like spider farmer leds and hlg (horticulture lighting group) both are amazing but ive been looking into getting loriflux 8 blades to try in my next build

a quantum board is the name of a specific a LED board by HLG, trademarked in 2018. White leds on an led board doesn't make it a quantum board. It's a model name. Like Toyota Camry. HLG Quantum Board. Chinese companies don't understand that so they call all their lights quantum boards. They're just LED boards.

some of the very first LED grow lights used LED boards, commonly with red/blue leds but some early companies did put white diodes. so boards have been around "forever".

but so have strips. I guess ready-to-hang strip lights a la fluence are a "new"ish thing.
I'd say pucks are the newest thing but those have been around a few years now too.
