I was going through a divorce at the time and she had the house for the time being. I was nice and cozy in OKC, and she was freezing her ass off .... I got some enjoyment out of that. She kept texting me "IM FREEZING!!!"".. I said, go cut some firewood dumb ass!

I just grilled some steaks on the gas grill, and the half-full tank was so cold that it wouldn't maintain pressure. I had to swap it out for a full tank to get the steaks done.:wall:

OSHA Standards are:
100ppb- 8 hours a day continuous
50ppb- 24 hour exposure
So 30ppb is obviously safe. We don’t spend but a couple of hours a day in there anyways. 4-5 if we are larfing.

I read some concerns that Ozone damages terpenes and other organic molecules. Aside from the fact that the airros solved your microbe test issue, did you notice any change to the aroma or any other noticeable changes?

I've always done weekly maintenance with Neem during veg (foliar and drench) and dusted the soil with diatomaceous earth throughout. Those seem to control the situation pretty well for me. I keep Azamax, BT, and Spinosad on hand too, and I applied some of those during the 2020 outdoor when I started seeing lots of moths and butterflies flying around the plants.

A couple of my potted plants had fungus gnats show up about 4 weeks into flower. I put BT mosquito pellets on the soil and dusted with diatomaceous earth. Then I covered with about a 1/2" of sand. The gnats were gone within a few days.

I have some friends that refuse to use Neem at all, and their solutions for controlling pests and PM are unsuccesful. What other solutions do y'all use?

I rigged up some walls around the moms with foam board insulation. and covered some more of the steel walls with what I had left over. The top of the canopy was 54F in the center, before I put the extra foam board. Hopefully that'll get them a little warmer. I can tell their nutrient uptake is affected, but there is one plant, Sour Kush cloned off my outdoor grow, that has shown to be a champ. It must be those Hindu Kush mountain genetics. She was real hearty in the heat of the summer, and she's taken the cold and kept on showing healthy looking new growth. She's taken underwatering, underfeeding, overwatering, overfeeding, and kept on making healthy looking growth. Her clones were the first to root. She was the shortest and tightest of the Sour Kushes I popped, and those were all over the place with variation. The White Widow is the most negatively affected by environmental variables. She's real fussy.

weather is perfectly miming the Himalayas right now. hot summers, dry, cold winters love to see the genetics playing into your hand through the misfortune. as for your White widow man I've heard she's high reward, high risk if you don't grow her a specific way

I sprouted a bunch of seeds last summer, and took clones off the 6 females I liked the best. I kept one White Widow, mostly because of the name. It turned out to be pretty good, crystals, reported as energetic buzzy high, but it wasn't anything to brag about and was a light producer. Maybe I just didn't end up getting any great phenos in the beans I popped? I'm going to retire this mother and two others so I can pop some beans and search for something else to fill the quiver.

definitely need to take mothers for sure this summer! great flower don't get me wrong but it seems like it comes up with first time growers a lot as a strain that gave them issues despite being widely popular. but I've heard of monsters and and light producers. its one of those retro strains my brain doesn't wanna grow cause my poor idiot brain loves bag appeal bud

No partnerships (especially family.)
Pay cash or don’t take on more debt than you can cover if you close shop.
Build a war chest (6 months operating expenses minimum.)
Pay for a quality accountant and pay your state and federal taxes (no games, don’t get creative.) You WILL LOSE!
You and your spouse better be on the same page about everything.

I don’t have a grow operation yet but I expect the majority of the new operators in my state to fall within the first 3 years. Our I65 amendment (Mississppi) is similar to the Oklahoma law and I expect a similar result.

This post might be one of the most REAL posts on this board. Everything he says in this is so true. Being really good at something and being really good at being in business are two different things.

I’m not from OK but I do like @DoubleAtotheRON so I follow this thread
