Oldest bong/piece you've had

Alright, so I thought i'd share todays experience with everyone as well as bring up an intriguing question to me as well..

Back in 1994, i purchased my first ever bong (plastic)... I had always used one hitters, small pipes w/ wood bowls, or just smoked joints up to that point in time.. Anyways, around 5 years ago while moving it was placed in the attic (new house) inside a box that had some random items i wanted to keep together but didn't really need at the time...

It had since been moved to my new location (new attic/same box) until today... For some reason, my schedule opened up for a few hours just about 20 minutes ago and I decided, WTH... I'm gonna climb up in the attic and get that box down... So, I did... There were some other random items in there I looked at for a minute each looking back on old times... Some old baseball cards my dad gave me... random photographs from my younger years... an old Atari and Original Nintendo consoles w/ accessories (all vacuum sealed in bags...dust... ehhh...) .... and then of course there was the vacuum sealed bag w/ the bong I hadn't smoke off of in 5 years...

It was relatively clean when sealed (as clean as it was gonna be after 10 years of smoking out of it) and obviously dry dry... I replaced the bowl that was on it w/ a newer one I bought for another bong of mine...

Anyways... put a nice new screen in it and i loaded up the last bowl of Train Wreck I got from a buddy of mine into this thing... put some water in it...

I've taken 3 hits... daydreaming heavily after each hit about old experiences where this 15 year old piece was used to smoke up...

*taking a 4th hit*

Ok... i'm blazed... .... Now, i think it took me about an hour to type this... i can't even remember now i'm so baked!! hahaha!!! YEAH...


So anyways, that was todays experience...

the intriguing question I have is... what's the oldest piece/bong/etc everyone personally owns right now? any pics of it? stories?

Here's the pic of this bong... it's plastic, but boy it hits just like when i bought it...

yes i got it in 1994... and i had seen them around for atleast 5 years probably... it actually came with a steam roller that matched it completely... i gave that away to a buddy of mine a few years after getting it... not sure where it's at...

I have a old glass bong from 1989 Ill post a pic in tha am when the lights go on. Shes in the basement with my girls.

Here's mine. If I had to guess I would say I made it nineteen years ago. It's bamboo and smokes great as long as I keep the water fresh. The days I don't use it are few and far between. The bowl part used to be about six inches long. I only have about an inch of it left before it burns down to a nub and has no more bowl. The bottom is basically held together with JB weld, I'm not even sure there is any bamboo left down there?

I also have a digital vaporizer but I do love my bong.

Well the scooby reminded me of me an a roomates old scooby doo hooka. I would post a pic but it was sent to the policee dept evidence room years ago. Fucking bastards. It was a 4 hose hooka and hit smooth. A funny footnote is like 2 years after I found a old camera that had film in it. I went and got it developed at walgreens. this was 10 yrs ago.

The chick at the counter ask me where I got the scooby doo I was like what the fuck. I forgot I took a picture of it with a lb brick in its mouth I almost shit good thing she was cool and I had already stopped dealing

My first piece lasted about a year and a half, but the cops busted us, made me break it in front of them.

I had a ProtoPipe back in the early 80s. I have no idea where it went.

i have 3 left from my first trip to florida 13 years ago. 1 is a keyboard cleaner shotgun blower suprisingly still works. 2nd is a small pocket size bubble i bought at the same time as the keyboard cleaner. 3rd is a home made one from a branch off a tree that fell on my brothers car during a storm lol. no batteries in the camera so no pictures right now i had a collection of about 15 bongs from my trip down there and them 3 are the only ones that survived or werent stolen at some point

I've broken nearly every decent piece I've bought. I've learned that I shouldn't buy nice things anymore.

man, i pale in comparison to people who've had bongs for several years! Lol. my 1 and only bong is going to be 2 years old in april! lol. and i use the same one every day

i had the same bucket (gravity bong) for 3 years and lost it in a raid if ya held the bottle in front of a light ya couldnt see through it, it truely was a beautiful thing no matter what ya smoked in it it always tasted the same tho lol

I can beat all of this: I have a hookah that's 87 years old that I regularly smoke out of. Hits amazingly. Every once in a while I use hash and shisha, but I use normal weed mostly. Burns forever. I load up 2g's in it and have a half hour smoke session ahead of me. It's a little over 3 feet tall I think.

I bought my first bong ever on august 8 2008, also the date I got out of the Marines. I have had several bowls for it but always the same bong. Its a knock off Zong about a foot high with 2 sharp bends in it. I love that piece and will keep it untill it breaks but It is impossible to clean the shit out of the bent sections. It is actually the only piece I have left out of the collection you see here

The stufff wrapped around the top is gone as well. Its like that wrap you use to warp horses tails with but in camo pattern, I got it from my old job for my paintball gun and had some left over.
