? on a light

It's only got 1 strip of diodes per bar, most other lights that style have 3 rows. They must be run pretty hard to reach that power draw. The strips look more like what's in those LED T5 replacement bulbs.
I'd avoid.

Thats just a junk china light. It's like the new burpal quality of light expect bar style. Wouldn't spend a enemy's money on that pos. And if you want quantum board lights buy the real ones found in HLG lights and not the cheap china knock off junk.

I really, really like the design of that light.

Individually power-able drivers for each bar offers a high level of adaptability and redundancy. You can control the spread, placement, and intensity of light how you want it by switching separate bars on and off. Upon driver or strip failure you only lose operability in small increments, if one driver fails you are down to 90% output not zero as with single drivers. Personally I like the discreet drivers and lack of cable clutter.
The Amazon listing shows the ability to swap out individual bars allowing customization with different spectra, and also shows a short video of a 1300 PAR measurement at about 1 foot (without all bars turned on), two big positives if accurate.

For $260 (listing says $399, do you have a discount code?) I would consider giving it a go. For the price there aren't many negatives.

Diode data sheet blurb says they have an efficacy of 180 lm/W @4K, less than LM301B and others but not the worst out there. I'm running 630W of DIY Samsung strips that are only rated at about 140-ish lm/W, and at 10-12" (scrog) I'm getting about 850PPF average (converted) at canopy.
I think those Osram diodes are designed to be driven comfortably at a higher current than LM301B but gain some efficacy back by being 70CRI. It's not unreasonable to suggest each of those bars at 65W can put out around or over 10K lm, which would mean 100K lm for the entire unit = about 1500PPF, adequate for a 4x4.
