One of Two LED Fans Not Working

Hi Hackers! I pulled apart a light that had failed, and found the inlet where you insert the power cord had cracked, and the hot wire had actually broken off at the terminal. I swapped out that part from another light and reconnected, and it works, except that one fan doesn’t work. When you turn it, it’s stuck. So I swapped it out for one from the other light. No luck. Tried the second fan from the other light, again no luck. Switched wires from the led driver, from the one that works to the non-working one, and the same fan still works, but on the other line. Second fan does not work. The fans are both the same voltage, but one is .18 amps and the other is .17. That doesn’t seem like it could be it.

Do I just have a driver problem? Am I missing something else?

Thanks in advance!
