Only stunted plant out of the group

How tall do they normally get?

I just got one that's a mutant, it decided to split itself at the main stem about 4 different times... =) it's stayed under a foot so far. I just started budding it.

Am going to seed her with her brother.

Unfortunately I can’t answer that only had two of the seeds and the first one died shortly after sprouting wasn’t home to tend to her but even after trying to stretch her out a little bit she continues to do nothing
