Here is my outdoor trophy :bigjoint: Victory Seeds Auto White Widow

Got this seed for free. Read reviews and watched youtube vids of people growing it and it sounded and seemed like it would be a big auto so I planted in this 15 gallon pot thinking I would get a monster. Fucking nope, cancel those plans, Victory Seeds sucks. I hate autos and only grow them out cause they are free seed. From now on Im going to take a walk up into the skidder trail and just throw the auto seeds and then go back and check them in a few months. My popcorn buds from my smallest plant in my current ndoor grow would beat the yield of this haha. I would love to have a giant garden outdoors but am unable this year with this lease. Next year its game on, cant wait. For now though I have a real nice indoor grow that is days from chop.

The monsoon finally hit and we got 3 straight days of rain. First rain in forever. The plants seemed to like it.

Mantuska Thunderfuck, Apple Betty, Hawaiian Snow, Amnesia Auto, Super Lemon Haze, Skunk #1, Durban Poison.
What a relief to get some rain. The plant in that third picture still looks thirsty though. I've found with fabric pots that not as much water actually soaks into the soil as you'd think when it rains sometimes, especially when the canopy is developed.

They are still damp. We had three days of POURING rain and some light rain after. Monsoons can really open up the clouds. The Hawaiian Gold is just a lean tall plant.

Nice! I am a newbie so honestly have no idea, but how much would you expect to get from a plant like that?
That particular plant has perfect structure if everything goes right(never does) I think it could be an 8lb +++. I have some stalks bigger than 2 litre bottle I'll post pics tonight.

There’s defoliating and then there’s you! Lol. You must really have a hate on for popcorn buds, eh?
I live in an area where im lucky if plants even finish, 3 of 4 plants already wiped out by mildew and its only August.
Anything that didnt reach the top got cut off in hopes ill be able to harvest something.

Thats why my main crop is inside.

It looks like most everyone is having a good grow so far. I've seen some very impressive plants. Fingers crossed for good weather in Sept/Oct.

Here's my previous post: https://www.rollitup.org/t/open-show-an-tell-2023.1088242/post-17371507

The 2nd level of trellis netting is at less than 4'. I'm pretty happy since part of the reason I used the trellis was to keep the plants under 6' tall. I think I'll accomplish that (no more standing on a ladder looking for bud rot!). Another advantage of the trellis was to protect the plants during heavy winds. So far, so good.

On the downside, it doesn't look like I'm going to have as many tops as i was hoping for. I didn't do any topping. Got lazy, but if I get a good harvest I'll be happy.

Getting some nice sun and drying breeze here last few days (quick sprinkle last night). Both Northern Lights in full flower, Pine Tar Kush surprisingly slow to get rolling but looking healthy. @thumper60 plant is flowering away now.

Northern Lights, this one was in rough shape in July after some watering issues but seems to have fully recovered and cranking out the buds now:

Other Northern Lights also flowering away:

Pine Tar Kush not really in full flower yet, was hoping she'd be an early finisher but not looking that way:
