Organic newb question

Hello... I was having an issue with 1 out of 3 having stalled for a week and all hairs turned orange. It ended up being my light being too strong, I back it down and new growth has started. So has some yellowing. It's not normal yellowing though, its the veins turning yellow. I'm not sure if I'm having deficiency or is it just yellowing from light? I've never seen just veins yellowing and this is my first organic grow so I'm lost. Plants started in subcool cooked soil, and at we 3 I fed worm castings, gaia green 444 and 284. Every where I've read said I should be good with week 3 feed for the remainder of grow. Thanks

Thanks... I water with ro and I add general hydroponics calmag at 5ml per a gallon, should I start adding 7.5ml or more? I've never used Epsom, should I drop calmag and use Epsom instead? Appreciate it
1 tablespoon of Epsom salts in a gallon of water for foliar spray. Add a drop of dishwashing soap to help it adhere. Continue with regular cal mag since you’re using RO.

I have no experience of these top dressing products like Gaia Green. I generally use a single bottle feed. I tend to suffer from Ca and Mg deficiency. To stop this I took to adding a teaspoon of Epsom Salt and Calcium Chloride per 5L of water, every other feed. I don't get the deficiency anymore.

The reason I don't like the top dressing feeds is because once you have added it, you can't take it out again, you lose the control. You leaves look very dark and shiny, this says to me that you have a lot of Nitrogen. 4-4-4 + 2-8-4 = 6-12-8, then you have added Calmag which is 1-0-0, so even more Nitrogen. From what I have been led to believe, too much Nitrogen can block the plant's uptake of Calcium and Magnesium.

I have a friend that is a Chemist, he teaches Chemistry at a school in Sweden. He finds the very idea of pre-made Calmag products hilarious, because you are paying for mostly water. Which is why I use Epsom Salt and Calcium Chloride, for the price of a bottle of CalMag I can buy enough to last several years. He also finds the idea of mixing fertiliser with RO water funny too, basically you are burning a lot of energy to remove everything to make pure H20 and then adding it all back in again.

So, to sum up, I think you have over fed and because of it you are blocking the Ca and Mg. I might be wrong, just my opinion.

Have you been watching Mr. Canuck?

I've seen a few of his videos , can't get past his voice so I don't watch. I'm gonna add Epsom. I use ro because my water from tap is 530-650ppm, it's ph is high 8s, and tons of chlorine

imo those buds look great and pretty much finished and i wouldn't be worried about senescence of the leaves at that stage

Does your RO system have the extra filter for removing chlorine, and/or are you letting your water sit to evaporate off? And are you sure there's no chloromine? Asking because chlorine and chloromine aren't terribly friendly with the soil microbes you need to help break down organic fertilizers.

week 5 from flip? as in, less-than 35 days ago you put those plants under 12/12?? what strain is that and where'd you get it? clone or seed?
Yes 41 days in 12/12... I got a new 8 bar led this grow and 10 days ago went from 80% - 100%, a few days later is when I noticed it's pistils turning fast so I changed it back to 80% and I'm starting to get fresh growth and new pistils. I'm also getting this mag def. It's an oreoz cut from 3rd coast genetics. I've seen it grown out and it went 68 days.
