Organic soil mix?

I'm fairly new to organic growing but I am very interested in trying it and I did a little research and decided to try fox farm ocean forest soil with perlite, jamaican bat guno, and worm castings. I want to only give the plants ph balanced water and that's it let the soil do the feeding, does this sound like a good veg and flower mix? I'm open to any changes or additions to the mix.

ya use it.The stuff is bomb.Ben using it for around 3 years. ive done what you are talking about,it will work.but for the best results you will need some nutrients,it will run out part way threw the grow. just saying for best budz. Ocean forest has a good amount of worm castings, guano, and other great stuff(alot of people think its to hot for starting clones and seeds, but I have never had that problem). But If you plan on vegging a plant for months, the plant will use up most of those nutrients in the soil, and will need more.I would think even with a grow of like 90days start to finish(like an autoflower strain)The plant would use all the nutrients in the OF.
And im pretty sure flowering requires more potassium, phosphorous, and other minerals, that OF is not so rich in.maybe it is but they still nedd more.

There's an excellent easy read book which will give you lots of great info on organic soil only small container grows - True Living Organics by The Rev. You can get it off amazon and you'll learn a great deal.

i like General Organics stuff. I think the key if you are using filtered water is to make sure whatever line your using you don't forget or hold back on the cal/mag. Also, adding dolomite lime to your soil is a good idea. Helps balance the pH and will provide some of the cal/mag as well.
