ok guys i have been hard at work with mt tissue culture research which has led me to inoc. some old spores; as mushrooms have had some very relevant information. my idea is to treat the cells as they would in nature in regards to reactions occurring within the media. so heres my idea i have reduced my coconut water through some very complicated measures and it is to be further reduced tonight along with seaweed extract (i bought most of the inorganic chemicals i could access easily NAA, IBA, Vitamins, hydroponic salts, bleach alcohol, ect) as i know some synthetics are more effective some will be used but my main focus is to use organic materials. my sterilization is going to need to be top notch looking for some input, some articles on similar experiments, and how i can keep the contams down? and how i can get these organic media measured and balance so everything is precise as possible? i will be ordering some real shit soon but i always like to learn hard way first just went to about 20 Asian store to find agar agar.. also whats up with PPM what are some good substitutes? and should i double pressure cook everything? and what PH should i aim for?(6.2? will it go up or down with the pressure cook can i make a test batch and pH it?)

i still have yet to get my hood built planned on waiting a week or 2 when my spore finally get done if they are still viable. so some recommendations would be helpful i was thinking 2 large clear tub with filtered(what kind?) passive intake and active exhaust with gloves and and all my equip and and building blocks in one and the other an incubation chamber. i was also thinking i could use an air pump and pump air in through bleach with a passive exhaust that is filtered. and im trying to think on how i want to build the entrance to my containers im trying to decide whether to take the like off(which make all the other shit almost pointless) or build some sort of single or double door entrance on the side of the container from plexiglass.... i dont know im gonna place this order with casion soon though but i want to do this the most difficult way possible first lol.

had to toss one out developed some mold i think i was from the leaf as i had the same mold on the soil upstairs where i mad the cultures, where the cucumber explants came from. so only 3 left no mold on them and from what i could tell from this moldy one the cell where growing but we will see!
