So, I am curious about THC and CBD effects and how they differ in terms of energy level and mental acuity etc. I can look it up but all I have so far is CBD is more a narcotic effect and THC has a more depressant feel. Is that accurate? What is going get me locked to cartoons all day? I would like to avoid that 6 out of the 7 days of my week.

yep, have them 24C in there now instead of 30C, seems to enjoy it, no more leave edge curling, and also a good amount of side shots this time, look promising

and I will pick up a few things on friday, a fresh filter, some coco, maybe a tent, and some new strains I think

Ooh yea BTW, welcome Burger :)
Hey thanks, it is good to be here....plants look pretty man.

I know it only as intravenous drug use. I have no idea what it means here
Hi burger, welcome to the thread. Mainlining is a trimming technique to redirect growth down set stems in a manifold configuration. I'm sure others will get into more detail. I'm too :eyesmoke: just went and saw Elysium and had a couple drinks.

Essentially Main-lining is an aggressive topping technique that will get you main tops of pretty even weight, potency, and just about everything else. I like the tech alot, and highly recommend it. You can search the term or you can look for Nugbuckets the guy who kind of perfected it, and set it all on paper so to speak. Real nice guy. Now the C.B.D. and T.H.C. is kind of difficult to an extent. cbd will not make you feel narcoticly sedated, but has analgesic effects like pain relief, and anti-inflammatory relief. T.H.C. is more commonly known as the narcotic, and will make you feel tired in high amounts, and can also be psychedelic in high amounts. I've read that cbd can actually work against that effect, and leaves you pretty clear headed, but really happy, and content. Depending on the amounts of other cannabanoids present it will do different things in a way, but it's usually more of a clear minded analgesic with some buzz to it, but not much. I'm not sure about cbd degredation, but I'm sure it's close to thc in the fact that you want to get those trichs when they're milky, and not after they turn amber. Keep an eye out as your grow is looking really nice so far. Peace and Love.

I love it that I can say I have been mainlining for years here.....

I use narcotic as a synonym for analgesic or numbing effect, Depressants I use to describe sedative effects.
Like classic medicine. Terms your GP will understand. Quite clever really. Will keep it in mind when we speak about herb for certain, I quite like the terms you choose to describe the effects.

Get your smoke on and check out this Vine Comp. Enjoy

Best 11 minutes and 38 seconds of your day—a compilation video of the best Vines of 2013 so far. Given that most of the Vines you see on a regular basis are six-second clips of your drunk friends face-planting on sidewalks, it's easy to forget that there actually are people putting the medium to good use.

Thanks, I am very happy so far.I have no clue on how long it will take, cannot find anything on this strain other than it is a cross of a blue dream and strawberry cough. I am assuming 8-10 weeks based on her lineage and how flowering has come so far, but will just need to keep an eye out.

Here a group picture before lights out and a couple of quick pictures of a couple of the girls from #3. I got the XXXL hoods mounted and just need to do some arranging. I have a quick question on my bloom room. Should I paint the floor white or leave bare? I read that there's a possibility the reflected light could have a negative effect on the undersides of the leaves, But I think it may have been talking about younger plants. Would love some input.

Thnaks! Peace!

Great updates myco, hb, slip, and gs. I enjoy seeing where everyone is at in their garden.

GS - It's easy to spot dirt, leaves, bugs, and other contaminants with white floors. I haven't heard anyone mention significant benefits from having white floors although I'm sure some light would be reflected back up to the plants. If it's a concrete floor (very porous), I would seal it to prevent contamination and make it easier for clean up. And if you do that, might as well paint it white.
