yeah i know, there website is crazy if you look around..but their cfl's are super expensive and really what you pay for is the engineering to put less strain on your eye and a better look for inside the house, which is something that you do not need.. someone gave me two free OTT-LITE T-12 setups a few months ago with bulbs and all and the light they put out is incredible

Cool.

Still trying to figure out what the spectrum is for those bulbs.

Haven't seen that info anywhere.

Are they supposed to be full spectrum?

From appearence they look like day-light or very bright white bulbs...

I plugged one in beside a 6500k bulb, and it was almost exactly the same light temperature. Im pretty sure its a full spectrum bulb, it says something on the box about being made out of rare earth phosphors... whatever that means lol

I imagine it is on their site under the product description..I know the ones I have are 6500K but it took forever to find because they were discontinued

OTT LIGHT WORKS!!

I was very skeptical in the beggining trying out teh ott lights but they seemed to do the job and some. We have two ott for 3 plants right now and i think they could handle up to 6 plants tops. We are on an 18 6 sched right now and plan on flowering pretty much one month form today.
