Glad to hear you are reading. Most of the problems that new growers have are nutes and bugs.
If you take it easy on adding nutes and only when they need it you will enjoy your grow a lot more than if you start adding all the stuff people say. Some of it is necessary but there is a lot of "nute burn" threads.
I started with good soil and only add a litte weak manure tea at each watering. This is my first auto flower grow. The seeds were freebies that were with my last purchase, The plant is doing good but I didn't read the instructions until it was 2 weeks old. The only thing I did right was plant the seed. LOL.
