Outdoor Adventures with Green Gelato and friends

Occasional pics of my current outside off grid grows.

Plants are always being tortured with 40+ mph winds, dust, blazing hot days with close to freezing nights. Locusts flipping locusts :/

Ya there burned, but mostly due to 90f 40+mph winds with dust and dust storms every 20 mins. Plants have survived low 30s night time temps. (Protected only from frost). Nutes are rarely used since wind and the dust cause excessive moisture loss via soil medium and plant transpiration. Not best environment. But...

Theyre producing something smokable and thats a big plus plus in my book people look way too much into this game..its only a weed at the end of the day.. Btw nice touch with the 2ltrs

A sagebrush ganja garden...nice. Those are some hardy plants to take the brutal sun and big temperature swings.

The last week or so has been pretty grueling. There has been no let up from the heat. It's been 95+ for days causing dust devil's ️ every 25 minutes or so. Locusts. I have met no pest like it. Thousands breading, eating and laying eggs on stems and leaves.

Sounds wretched. 2020 has been a real bitch so far hasn't it? Stay mighty and see those plants through.

Last group of outside clones were taken about a week ago. These mom's along with Dominican skunk & lime pop mom's will all start flowering in the next few weeks.

Looks good. You must water those things heavy each and every day....

Was digging a bowl out (about 1/2ft down the ground is solid clay for a good 3ft making a good in ground container. Just add good soil) anyways I've ran across frogs that live underground but OMFG so I get done and about to scoop out some dirt by hand when this opaque clearish spider that's flipping gigantic lunges out of a hole at the bottom of the bowl. This thing was scarey as fck. It's cave was just covered with web. I added dirt fast as I could getting a plant in the ground and watered.

WTF IS LIVING UNDER MY FEET!!!!!

Toads, scorpion's, snakes and now gigantic kill you spiders. I'm thinking twice about continuing to grow IN GROUND here. Lol

Been over a week of 105+. A few of the plants waiting for natural light change started to taco. Plants are now watered 4 to 5 times a day. :/
