I just sprouted 4 Super Silver Haze Autos on Jan. 24! I have Cream Caramel Auto and Auto Assassin ordered and will start them as soon as they arrive. I started a journal for my Autos so follow along. Will post pics of the SSH in a week since we all know what sprouts look like.

Hey Rizzo hopefully you don't mind a question in your grow thread....but are autos completely immune to light cycles? If I throw some outside right now will it be like going 12/12 from seed or will they still get to a good size then go off?

If you can let them veg for a week or two inside with a fan on them to get them good and hardy before planting outside (24/0 cycle). Also make sure they get lots of sun in the area you plant them or you'll wind up with 1/4 oz plants.

Jyermum I dont have the luxury of starting anything indoors but if you do i would agree with hoss. I dont know where you are located but the lower the temperature the slower the plant will grow. Well that is if it drops below 60f. I know I promised photos at 1 week but I havent had time yet. 1 is about 3 inches and the other 3 are about 2 inches. It is 55f outside at night but getting up to 80f during the day. So to answer your question if your temps are around mine and they get enough direct sunlight it should be just fine to plant now. And autos generally veg for 2 to 3 weeks and then start to flower because they change by age not by photoperiod. good luck

Thanks for the info guys this will be my first time playing with autos and they're just some attitude freebees that I might as well drop. I'm in San Diego so it's 75ish during the day and at least 45 at night. I have some t5s that I can keep them under at night and will use sunshine during the day.

Wish me luck

cool man!!! ya i have some pineapple express that I just put into jars to cure. The temp got down to 29f a couple nights but it didnt effect them at all. of course my yield suffered bcuz of the lower uv rays and cool temp during winter but how many folks can say they can grow outdoors all year round??? I CAN!!!!!!!

I am going to sprout Nirvana Short Ryders indoors, grow under 20/4 for Feb, then sneak 'em into the backyard of two abandoned houses nearby. Luckily, we got foreclosed houses all over the place around here. I might start liking this recession.
