last year i grew a seed crop with diesel ryders, and this year i decided to test some out. So far so good, they're going on week 4-5 from seed and starting to go into full flower. I'm hoping for some dry weather because these little fuckers are prone to BUD ROT. heres some pics.

awesome dude, i'm subscribed...i love all things autoflowering, their just cool little plants...i grow some diesel ryder indoors earlier in the year, had 4 out of 10 female and those ladies got big, 2 of em did close to 2 ozs a piece and i was very impressed with the potency, really dank....tell me bout your seeded crop, as i want to make more seeds since i just planted my last 10...i just saw a dude on here get over 200 seeds form a small plant...i'd like to pollenate an entire large female and get 500 so i can give them to friends and plant em everywhere! i just started some dr, white dwarf, and easy ryder...i'm gonna put the selected male and female outside to do their thang, then when the deed's done, spray the lady down with water and bring her back in....keep up the good work man..

How much sun do these guys get and how tall are they now? I've got some dieselryders that I started in 4" peat pots that I transplanted into 1 gallon pots last week once they showed their sex. I dont think they will get very big though.

i've found to get biggest yields outta auto's plant into a fairly large containter, i do 1 gal, then when they sex, transplant to 2 or 3 gal pots....i used 3 gal pots on my last diesel ryder grow and got 2 ozs on a couple ladies!

hey, well my seeded crop got pollinated at around this stage last year and were doing very well until they got rained on for a week or 2 straight(thats when the bud rot hit). off of 7 female plants i harvested around 1000 seeds. I chose the seeds from the most mold resistant plant to grow this year. the plants in the pics were started indoors under 20 hrs of light in dixie cups until they showed sex( 14-18days), then planted where they are now. The patch gets around 13 hours of direct sun. right now they are about 2 feet tall. I am only expecting 5-7 grams of good herb off each one.

Right on!
Well 5-7 grams off each of those 12 or so plants isnt very bad at all.
Lets just hope you dont have bud rot problems again this year.
Happy growing bro.

(make sure to show us the harvest!)

alright. the weather hasn't been great(lots of rain:cry:), there's been a bit of growth so i can't really complain. There's supposed to be 3-4 weeks left but it seems like almost all the hairs have turned brown already, which has me feeling kinda worried and disappointed. I sure hope there's gunna be a new growth spurt because right now their lookin kinda weak. The odour is getting crazy, i can smell the patch from about 50 yards away. Heres the pics. enjoy.

Man I love those auto flowering strains. Whats the total time to harvest on the diesel ryder?

And with 15 hrs of direct sunlight your only expecting 4-5 grams per plant? That number seems kinda low to me... but I have never grown auto flowering strains before, but I bet you get more =] ~~~~peace, Dude.

5 grams?

Never done autos but plants those size, if they grow regular buds, are at least ouncers.

And Zane, I have the same sentiment. Seems most are pretty darn disappointing.

thanks for all the good comments.
we'll just wait and see what the yields are like from these little girls. These autoflower's are very prone to bud rot which can easily ruin half a plant. I'll be very happily-surprised if they get an ounce per plant.
