Outdoor grow 2020

Great progress the last week, the sun and heat is finally here. The containers were getting hot so I hacked up some burlap sacks I had laying around to provide a bit of insulation, definitely helps. I'm watering every day or second day at this point, feeding every second or third time depending on how they look.

Can't wait to see some buds on these girls!

Been slacking on the photos the last month, but the girls are getting thick. The 3 God Bud plants took a while to start flowering and are finally showing some popcorn buds, but the Tuna Kush plant took off a couple weeks ago and has some nice flowers on it. It's just shy of 10 feet now and has another 5-6 weeks to go. The God Bud probably won't be done until the end of October due to the late start, so I suspect I'll be erecting an greenhouse at some point before then.

All in all things look good, can't wait to see some giant nugs :)

Cleaned up an area to build a greenhouse, dug some holes for the pots, and and staked the girls down. This week I'll chip away at a greenhouse frame, hopefully have it done by the weekend.

In the meantime the girls are getting beefier by the day and starting to smell pretty dank :D

Got most of the greenhouse posts in the ground today, another couple days of screwing around I should have a half decent frame built.

The Tuna Kush is taking off and it STINKS. The God Bud plants finally have some half decent buds growing so they shouldnt be far behind.

Here's to hoping the good weather stays!

Finished up the outer frame for the greenhouse, little bit of work then it will be ready for plastic. Good weather in the 14 day forecast but ill be ready for the cold.

Had to ramp up the food a bit to keep them happy, but they're getting fatter by the day and looking good. Seeing some great plants on the forum these days, keep it up everybody!

The Tuna Kush is getting thicker by the day, has some real nice golf ball sized nice buds all over now. First week of October I think :) Cant wait to try it out, it smells pretty juicy.

The God Bud bushes are taking off now and have some nice flowers developing, I suspect end of October for these girls. I hope the greenhouse paired with digging holes for the pots helps me get a full run. Not holding my breath lol.

Supposed to rain this weekend so I'll be making the roof for the greenhouse before then, might hold off on the walls until the temperature drops a bit more.

Cheers!

Timing was on point today, got the roof on (used pallet wrap) and it started pouring within 5 minutes lol. Poked some drainage holes and I think she'll be good for the season :D

Holy shit the weather has been rough the last few days, my poor greenhouse has taken a beating from the wind/rain but she's holding up. Had to screw a few pieces of lumber to the top to hold the plastic down but it's tougher than I expected. Weather is supposed to clear up a bit soon but I'm not holding my breath, the forecast has been all over the place lately.

On a positive note plants are still looking great, temps are hitting about 9°C (48 f) at night when it's clear and still 20°C (60f) during the day. Hopefully I can ride this out for another month and Mother Nature isn't feeling too frisky, so close!

The wind and rain is finally gone, and back to blue skies and sun :D. The weather is supposed to cooperate for a couple weeks so here's to hoping.

The Tuna is looking great, its putting on weight and smells unreal. The God Bud plants are doing decent except for one. Discovered some early PM on and subsequently cut it back, and cleaned up all the visible patches. I have a fan blowing full blast on it now 24/7 and the extra airflow seems to have stopped it from progressing the last day and a bit. Seems manageable for now, other two GB's dont seem to have it yet. Fingers crossed it doesnt explode in the next few weeks.

Good luck in the next few weeks everyone.

All is looking good except for one of the God Bud plants, which got hit pretty hard with PM over the last few days. I trimmed it pretty much bare and hope that, paired with the fan will get me another 4 or 5 days before I chop it. I was thinking of peroxide washing the branches and making bubble hash out of that one, never washed before so if anyone has any comments are welcome.

The rest are getting thick, no PM on any of them and no other visible issues. It's supposed to rain for a few days so here's to hoping it stays that way.

Nice garden and good luck till the finish. Im pretty much in the same boat as you. One of mine is getting hit with the pm and all the rest have none at all. This is what always makes me think its inside the plant its whole life then comes out when the environment is right. IDK just some observations ive made over the years. Happy harvest

Thanks bud, you never know. A couple hours after I posted earlier I noticed a bud that had oddly curled leaves, pulled it and the bud had botrytis. Searched the whole plant thoroughly and found 4 buds with it, cut them out and now its all getting chopped before it rains for a week and I lose more. My buddy and I stripped all the fan leaves off and it's coming down tomorrow.

9.5 weeks into flower, almost all cloudy with a few amber trichs, and most of the pistils have browned. Cant complain I suppose, it looks and smells great but definitely would have liked to push another week out of it.

The 2 remaining God Bud bushes look like they can handle another week or two, hope the wet weather doesnt turn them on me lol.
