outdoor soil mix

Would this work for a simple outdoor soil mix?

I will plant in ground, and add perlite, sheep manure and peatmoss to the soil, then for fertilizer..

Blood, bone, and kelp meals, epsom salt, and dolomite lime.

Along with alfalfa pellets for top dress.

Maybe some fish emulsion when watering if they look hungry?

Do a soil test first and see what your missing and what the ph is. If the soil doesn't drain well or drains to fast then add coir or peat moss. Shouldn't need perlite. Thats usually reserved for containers and raised beds.
