So just thought id post an update on my girls...i got these two girls as flowering clones and had to reveg them and just started flowering about a week ago....

I revegged them and vegged them indoors under 46w of cfls each and have since had them outdoors for about 2 weeks now...i def got some preflower going on...

Anyways...im in so cal and its technically winter still and days will slowly be getting longer...should i leave them outside at night or light deprive them at 6pm everyday to ensure the flower goes smoothly...

I would like to just leave them outside but will bring in if necessary where they would get cfl light starting at 6am every morning on my timer until i take them out in the sun

Thanks guys...they are sour diesel in 5 gal fabric pots, getting fed bat guano and fox farm tiger

They can do it. But I'd probably start pulling them in at night after mid march, stuff will start getting screwy. I have a buddy who doesn't even do that, but his buds come out leafier and a big fluffy from last minute revegging. I don't like that going on in my garden, but it depends on what you're capable of doing and what you're okay with not doing.

I used to live near Hemet, and the only time I could get plants to flower and give decent buds was throughout winter and early spring. Plants grown in the summer and early fall got wayyy too hot and needed to much extra love. Winter growing, minus the rain, is easy mode. Now my plants would freeze up to the point of May.

You can also watch the sun and put a bag / tarp wall just so when X time hits it - blacks out.

I'm also in your area. Not too far from TJ. I started putting my plants out about 3 weeks ago. They are doing very good. Looking forward to first harvest in another 5 -6 weeks..
