Over voltage region Meanwell driver

What exactly do they mean with the term "over voltage region" on the datasheet of the HLG480-c2100b?

I know that the voltage of the driver is the limiting part when put on a load. But in some cases I find out that I miss out for 3 volts of the total voltage needed.

Is it possible to get a litle more volts out if you stay in the under voltage region and get away with it?

"over voltage region" is where the unit will shut down completely, then repower up.

Yeah, you can probably get away with a few volts over the rated maximum.
