2 weeks in, and the only problem I have is with my Cheese plant. Still the ph problem, but I've since flushed with properly ph'd water. I did all I could to avoid having to do this because in order to flush I had to take out the screen. Gotta get a new one in tomorrow. On with the pics. I always feel like I'm posting too many. Ha

Diesel is becoming my favorite plant a little more each day, though the Goat isn't far behind. I'm hoping the goats little tightly spaced nodes will give me some nice colas. The spacing on all of them is pretty incredible. I'll be sure to get more shots of that later. Peace ya'll, and hope you enjoy! :eyesmoke:

Start feeding at your next watering...Did you flush with just water or a flushing agent?

Sorry replied with the wrong quote...meant to quote with the one where you asked if you could feed the next watering

I flushed with some 6.8 water. Was about as close to 7.0 as I could get without adding more acid or alkali then I wanted. Thing is, I go in to water them when they woke up, and Cheese is looking worse than before I flushed her, i.e. more curling leaves and more brown spots than before. I'm thinking that she was having a cal mag issue because the pH was too high, locking out the micronutrients such as calcium, and magnesium. ha. Then, when I flushed her, leeched the soil of all it's nutrients. So, now I'm thinking I should water with cal mag, and soon, but I am worried about this because the soil is still fairly wet from her flushing yesterday. I could be way off here, so chime in if you've got some advice. The problem looks exactly the same as before, only it's progressed to other leaves. Seems to be in the upper regions of the plant. I'd love to post pics, but my computer is a piece of shit and keeps losing connection so I'll be happy to get this posted.

Feed her but next time you flush, it would be a good idea to flush with something like Final Flush or Final Phase and adjust the PH to 6.5 or maybe even 6.3.....but feed her with a complete fertilizer solution

Thanks a ton for the advice fellas! Unfortunately, I was without the web for a couple of days because our provider (Qwest) sucks dirty caveman dick. I watered Cheese with Cal Mag, but only about a cups worth. The next day, the problem definitely didn't look any worse, and I got a moisture meter and watered with Cal Mag again until the moisture was right around 5. Seems to have done the trick! Beyond that, Cheese is already letting off a distinct smell. Not cheesy yet, but a really sweet smell. Like sugar. Can't keep my nose out of the tent. haha. Trichomes are definitely visible now. Mostly in the Cheese and Diesel gals. (Both are in the front of the tent. Weird.) I don't remember if I mentioned that I removed the screen a few days ago in order to get Cheese out of her web I had guided her through, but since doing that, the plants have held their form for the most part with the exception of Golden Goat and Diesel, both of which had branches straighten out and tower over the canopy by about 4 inches. Looks pretty funny. Still a nice looking canopy nonetheless. I haven't updated for a few days so I went a bit picture crazy.

Cheese: (you can kinda see the pH problem in her leaves there. Most pics were out of focus, and I'm a lazy stoner. Well, I'm about to lay with the gal actually :hump:). I'll take mo' betta pics later.

Oh, almost forgot to mention, I am now using Vermi-T once a week at 5 tablespoons to a gallon. We shall see the end result! Peace bros and brahs.

Hey guys, gals and hermies! Plants are looking pretty decent. Diesel and Cheese are already crystally, and I can't reach in the tent without getting a sticky arm. The smell is delicious, and Diesel is getting a bud in a fan leaf! Haha. Looks pretty awesome.

You should add pics of the whole canopy.
If you're still getting problems with your leaves, you should think about investing in a Reverse Osmosis system, this way you're guaranteed to have the best water on the planet for your ladies.
No more burns, the only thing I experience now is N deficiency and only thing I do is add more A+B to the mix and I'm done!, green leaves again..

Thanks BlackRoses! I was thinking of investing in one of those earlier but was told it strips the water bare of micronutrients. Luckily the problem has stopped anyways. It attacked pretty badly though, and I don't like pulling leaves. That's why there are still so many in the pics. I'll add some canopy pics tonight for you. Thanks for dropping in! :peace:

RO water is the best for growing cause it indeed takes all out the nutes from the water.
This is GOOD! cause then you only add your nutrients from your bottle and the plants get exactly what's required and you flush the soil every week 1 time with pure RO water.
This was you'll end up with the smoothest tasting and smoking weed you'll ever grow.
Trust me a Reverse Osmosis system is a growers best best friend.
Trimming dead leaves is essential to good bud production. New leaves grow in a few days while still within the first 4 weeks of flowering.
This way you remove dead unwanted leaves to get healthy green leaves pop in it's place.

Thanks again BlackRoses. I'll trim away some of her more dead looking leaves tonight. I am unsure, but I don't think my FoxFarm nutes have the necessary micronutrients that naturally come in water (zinc, copper, manganese, chloride, boron etc.) Do you add these or do the plants do fine without them? If they do, I may get an RO system sooner than I was planning. I'll check the bottles when I am home! Also gonna throw some worms in there tonight to see how they like my soil.

I'm running out of ideas for pics. Gotta find some more interesting angles. I added some red worms to the soil last night. I plan on recycling it, and the worms give off a 0.1 N, as well as beneficial bacteria and fungi through their compost. Just gotta feed em. I plan on using bread crumbs. Days are fllying by! It'll be no time before I am trimming these gals. I also pulled some of the more curled up and dead leaves from Cheese's earlier pH problem. My hands were sticking together. Mmm. Diesel and Cheese are by far the most crystally. Goat and Cough have small amounts of crystals forming, but Diesel and Cheese look like somebody sprinkled sugar on them.

I've got worms! That's the name of the store. (+rep if you can name that movie.)

The other day some guy suggested against a moisture meter because they are "inaccurate" only to go on to admit he has a 2 probe 3 in 1 meter. This moisture meter was 9 bucks, and is very accurate. I now know when they are thirsty too. Love this thing.

Random pics. Most the stalks are pretty similar in diameter. My hands aren't very small. I'm proud of these girls. 8-) Temps are staying between 75 and 78 all night, and I've been keeping them around 68-72 while lights are off. I also sprayed them with some Pyrethrin spray a day ago as an insurance measure. A girl I work with found mites and leaf miners in her garden.

Enjoy the pics! I appreciate all the views, but let's get talking! I use RIU WAYYY more than myspace or any other social networking site anymore. Peace fellow growers! Gotta clean this smelly ass bong water then get ready for work with a fat bowl. bongsmilie

Thanks vai! I definitely plan on flushing the last week or so. No nutes at all. I'm pretty mild on them anyways, adding only about two-thirds the recommended amount unless they show me they need it. Thanks for the compliments as well. I am humbled no matter how veteran or new the grower. I put in a lot of work to understand the plant before I started. I feel like I learn 5-10 new things everyday.

snow- that's an all-time fave. I think I gave you some rep the other day for your grow, and it won't let me do it again just yet. Haha
