Hey guys i think the problem is overwaterin but i haven't watered in about 3 days and the leaves aren't starting to look any better
It's indoors under cfls about an inch away from the leaves. The leaves are turning into rams horns and have brown spots on them. IMG_1097[1].jpgIMG_1098[1].jpgIMG_1096[1].jpg

Juana,
Your leaves show multiple problems and they don't necessarily fit into a single nutrient deficiency. When I see that, I wonder if there's something else going on. Ph way off, or soil toxicity from nutrient salts, bad water.

So what soil and nutrients are you using?
Tap water? Is it hard?
Are environmental issues within range? Meaning temps, ph and humidity?

Your soil mix is way to heavy. Next time you mix soil add more perlite. With 30-40% of the mix as perlite you can avoid over watering issues and they will grow better. Those plants don't look very happy, they could have some root rot. You'll have to let them dry out and be careful about how much water you add when watering.

Well it's just that one plant all the other plants are in the same soil mix given the same regimen of water and soil and doing great. I'm using miracle grow starter that's been recycled and shultz liquid 10-15-10 fertilizer at 1/4 strength last watering which was now 4 days ago. I'm not sure about soil ph but temps are always around high 80's to mid 70's the tap water here comes from a rain catcher so the ph may be slightly off :p I am thinking of mixing more perlite next time because the humidity here is insane (i live on an island)
