Overzealous Moderation

Its so annoying when Mods do this;

So, some dude started a thread here. No probs, but I found his Avatar racist and a little offensive.



In response, and maybe a little petty I posted this pic without any comment whatsoever.





Anyways, RyantheRhino (MOD) decides to delete my pic of obama whilst leaving the racist avatar. Now, I'm not asking for censorship here but at least I should be allowed the right to reply, if only with a legitimate (un-doctored) picture of the president of the United states.

This was a thread, started by that same 'MOD'.

You don't kill an ambassador that's an act of war. Yes I understand that it was a riot I would declare war on any one associated with the riot.

That avatar is pretty damned offensive but I don't think Ryan can do anything about that.

I don't care to give an input on the mods as I hear they're really nice! syke but lmfao at that first pic of obama, don't know why the mod would do that. and pointing out his thread is just asking for it isn't it?

I point out his thread because 'he' feels its OK to desrespect a whole country with the title 'FUCK YOU LYBIA'. yet decides to delete a silly picture of Obama I posted in response.

Who Moderates the Mods? ... The site needs it.

Lybia did not kill him some nut job did, I want him caught and put to death period. With that said if some idiot blew up the Russian Embasy here in the US would that mean we go to wwIII. No, get the idiot that did it and fry his ass.

The politics section is a free-for-all. Everyone knows that. There are far looser rules in that section than anywhere else on the board. Outside of Politics we must mind our P & Q's.

Humour is subjective. It obviously amuses the OP too.

I should have been left to reply with my pic.

Its the regular posters on RIU who make this site fun. These OverMods really spoil it for many of us.
