Day 33

Just fed her a full dose of big bloom. Not too worried about the yellowing on the leaves. Next time i'll mix in some bloodmeal to supplement the nitrogen right before flowering. The burns around some of the leaf edges are from not watering it for 48 hours in which case the soil got too dry and the leaves started to dry out at the tips and die pretty much. All is well though. LST is working out beautifully, the side nugs are all getting a good amount of light. I have 8 colas so far, with the main cola being the biggest.

Sub'd my friend, looks incredible. I am about to start my grow with the Diesel Lowryder which is auto flowering as well. With auto is there any need to switch to 12/12?

Blue she is looking so good but I swear she's just beggin for a bigger pot. Back off the nutes until you see how she reacts again, especially in that small container. According to this chart http://www.weedfarmer.com/cannabis/tables_guide.php I think you've over fed her & possibly slightly over watered/rootbound her more than anything. Yellow tips 99% of the time = over fed. Curling & browning can come from nute lockup in small containers. It may also be a slight nitrogen or iron deficiency as well in conjunction with this. Just my .02, she is gonna give you some nice nugs. & don't worry if the top of the pot dries out a little, it's the bottom 50-60% or so you need to worry about. Check it by weight more than anything. & I'm so begging to see her in a 5 gallon bucket lol

No, start them & finish them on a 20/4 cycle. Personally, I think the 20/4 cycle gives more yield, 12/12 more potency. There's nothing to prove this though. So maybe you want to try it out. Either way you get bud.

At first the tips were a dry green because the soil was really dry, way too dry and the roots started getting really dry and using up all the water in the leaves, especially since it was pretty hot in there. But all is good now, The leaves are actually turning somewhat green again but she really likes the big bloom, makes her smell. The burn spots were from water that stayed on the leaves when the lights were on and they burned. I used Tiger bloom as less as I can thanks for the comments guys. She is starting resin production the leaves are starting to sparkle lol

Rootbound for sure, im fine with whatever i get, I just want a cool little plant for some bud.

Yeah the entire pot was dry. My next grow with clones will be in 5 gal buckets for sure. So I wont need the books underneath the pots anymore lol.

I'm holding you to that 5 gallon bucket thing. bongsmilie

& personally I don't buy into the water droplets burn theory. Otherwise you would see plants that get rained on outside have bad burn problems if the sun came out after a rain. It's impossible for nature to work that way.

yeah true, i mean some leaves I am positive they burned from that, but I definitely know the Tiger bloom was way too potent for now, maybe even for its entire life. I haven't fed her for a few days, just normal RO water, but I will give her some big bloom next watering after today to help her. Can I transplant her now while she is in flower or would that stress her for too long? Definitely I am going to try to fit x2 5 gal buckets in the cab next grow, some LST, and hopefully I end up with 2 females, one super sour diesel and the other supposedly Alaskan Thunderfuck, but I highly doubt its really the original. I know that some burns on the leaves are from the nutes, it is a clear difference.

I'm thinking though that the leaves are naturally dying since the nitrogen is starting to deplete and feed the buds, and the tiger bloom is now burning it which kinda sucks cause the more energy it could have used even if nitrogen wasn't there what bout other nutes lol. I didn't even give it a full 1/4 dose lol it was 5 ml of TB.

So I just took some more pictures. It is starting to produce resin! I think I will be ready to harvest in 3 or 4 weeks. I'm still positive on the half clear/cloudy. Maybe 75% cloudy, 25% clear.

nothing bro, they fill in a lot. And plus I think yours are taller than mine. I had my cfl very close to the plant so the nodes were really close. a week makes a pretty big difference.

Subscribed!! This is a great thread. I've got 3 autos going right now. I've been getting my seeds exclusively from the Attitude and I've been having difficulty getting the beans to germinate. So, I just put them in soil and.....They're off to the races!!! I have 1- Flower Power, (auto), 1- Diesel Ryder and 1- Afghan Kush Ryder. All went into soil on 6/20. All popped by the 22nd. The Diesel Ryder is really taking off and I have high expectations for the Flower Power. This is my second "auto" grow. First time around I did Easy Ryder and and Nivana's Short Ryder. The SR ended up herming on me, (they were fem. seeds and all 3 hermied on me). I will definitely grow Easy Ryder again, but it's always "sold out". But the Easy Ryder was some of the most incredible pot I've smoked. I thought I was back in the Dam! Continued good luck on your grow. :peace: :joint:

Yeah i killed my very first grow because of overwatering....lol the roots completely detached from base of the plants main stem.

Now i dont water untill the top 1-2 of soil is dry.

haha damn, yeah the plant got a week old. I was flooding it with water, and more water and more water, probably an entire 2 gallons of water in a less than one gallon pot... haha now I have learned cannabis does not need THAT much water.

So the resin is starting to produce everywhere! This one doesn't smell too intense really, just a light minty skunk. The little super sour diesel seedling however, rub your finger against the leaf and it smells mighty skunky. Im still waiting for the atf to pop ground.

Just shots of the main cola really, every cola is starting to bud though. The picture of the younger plant is the SSD.

Very nice job so far Bluechronic!! + Rep for some healthy looking plants.

So even at 1/4 strenght the tiger bloom was to much this far in huh? I'm assuming your going off of the fox farms feeding chart? If thats the case I might not even pick up the t/b if I cant use it without burning my plants..
