Pandora's wilting

Hi everyone :bigjoint:
Pandora needs some help. I'm growing some Pandoras Box and we have had some tuff times. bugs, powerdery mildew, and way over topping. So i've been trimming her trying to get her some air flow which has been doing wonders for her. I even took a few clones (in root2gel now).
The problem I think is me :cuss: trying to get rid of these bugs. They leave shiny spit and tiney black spots all over the leaves, and have little white larva worming all over and sucking the life out where they go.

In my despiration I tried a "natural solution" of water and hydrogen peroxide supposed to be good for killing all stages of bugs in the soil and correcting any mold or mildew problems.
All the plants are fine -except Pandora:(!
She is wilting and I don't understand why. The soil is damp, yesterday her leaves started to wilt and I chopped off the wilted branch and now the wilt has spread to many branches. About half of her is still perky but I'm worried...
if she needs to be rid of the peroxide then I should poor the water on and clear that shit. But if she is wilted from over watering than she really doesn't need water at all ...
but why is she getting worse???everyone else is ok
what do I do???

you need to get a real all in one insecticide/fugicide/miticide like bonide tomato and veg or bo-neem
which should take care of it all except maybe the wilting hopefully that will clear up when yore pest b gone
