peculiar leaves - lillipad shaped :?

this is my first grow and everything was going pretty smoothly until a few days ago and ive been butting my head against a wall ever since trying to find out what it is.:wall:

the plant is pretty young (only been planted for 2.5 weeks now). i know that it is most likely not the best setup ever, but let's get to the point. i have a few questions/concerns/whatevers and any help would be appreciated. hopefully you can see what i'm talking about in the pictures (it is pretty obvious).

1.) the second set of serrated leaves look like lillipads. this is the only way i can really put it, they are almost perfectly round apart from the serrated edges and about the size of a nickel with a little folding going on. (my main concern)

2.) the first set of serrated leaves curl up a little bit around some of the edges (is this canoeing?)

besides these two problems, it seems to be growing alright. there are about 4-6 baby leaves starting to grow where the first branch connects to the main stem (i was told these will turn into branches eventually?). there are also what appear to be more leaves forming right under where the "lillipad" leaves are.

i tried to look this up before posting anything, however i had no luck what-so-ever. i also posted this in general growing on accident (i'm new, my bad), but i figured this would be a better spot.

i'm not sure what strain it is, but it is some kind of pretty good bud. i also have two shwag plants growing in the same area and in the same conditions, but they have no problems at all (at least that i can tell).

all three plants have different sized pots (the one with the problems is in the biggest pot), but the same soil. as far as watering schedule goes, i had been watering whenever the soil feels dry and also spraying each plant one time every morning when i wake up with bottled water out of a mister type bottle.

they are under 3 24" flourescent lights. the lights are about 3-4 inches above the shwag plants and 5-6 inches above the troubled one.

i thought that this could be over watering, but it does not look like anything that i could find on the internet.

any help would be great. if i left out any information just let me know and ill do my best to add it in

Looks pretty small for being 2.5 weeks old...those are some strange leaves. It might just be how that certain strain grows. Just go with it, start feeding it...and see what becomes of it. Don't use too much fertilizer!

Looks healthy to me, though...keep it up.

the growth of it did slow a little bit when i transplanted it to the larger pot a week ago. it is in miracle-gro potting mix i believe (i threw the bag away and i dont really remember) but it says that it feeds for up to 3 months.

would you suggest giving it some food already? and what kind is the best for the price?

thanks for the feedback.

I just germed 4 seeds and 1 came out with 3 cotyledons, now it popped out with 3 first leaves and they are all rounded like yours.

Might be a mutation, not necessarily bad.

Included a pic.... the leaves are bigger, you can only see the 3 cotyledons and the start of the leaves.
