well i am a wine maker so my next grow im going to put a jug of wine in my grow to boost co2 levels.only problem is they also are a gnats crack so i would be inviting pests in like fukn crazy

Then use a tank and regulator man. Ur risking getting bugs and mold in ur crop

I think my best bet would be some slight lst nuthin cracy just tie them away slighltly from the direct light.Ive never lst'd in my years of growing so id kinda like to try it anyways.only prob is the plants in the corner i cant really tie away from the light.unless i bent the tops down but im into less stress techniques.gota do wat u gota do though.I think raising the shelf al together is my best bet.next grow im 12-12 strait from clone so this shouldnt be a problem is why i dont wanna cut more lumber as ive already built the whole closet lol.

i use a water lock and barrels I dont 1.2 ass my wine lol.they couldnt get in but the smell of co2 drives gnats crazy

The problem is people are lazy! No one wants to do research. Pick one thread on cfl's and read a couple post, will answer all your cfl questions. Google will anwser any question if your willing to read a little. I figured out all I needed from this site in 2 weeks without ever asking a question, just reading and searching. If you want me to hold your hand through every basic aspect of your grow, well screw that. Buy a book. Some people just aren't cut out for it.

some people keep growing to their selves and have no one to talk to about growing. They came come here to socialize and learn.

I dunno since I moved I swapped to CFL cuz my grow room there's literally no way to exhaust it which sucks. It's a closet grow so I figure I'll use cfl's in the summer and the HPS in the winter when everything is cooler. I'm looking into ways to improve my cooling.

a cool hood with a glass bottom is your best bet.also a high cfm fan and you should be fine.ive seen friends with that setup have their lights 6 inches from plants with no stress.also a walker light is the best option but my rooms not big enuff for that theres always a way to exhaust wether attic or outside.im thinking of running a 6 inch duct thru my wall to my attic for exhaust
