Perlite worries

Last night I started 2 seeds in my Jiffy seed starting soil and I just found out I forgot to mix the perlite (I left the 1/4 perlite at the bottom of the pots as I was tired and forgot to mix). This afternoon would it be to late to pull the seeds out and mix the soil+perlite and re-seed??

Dont worry about repotting, or perlite for that matter unless your soil is terriblly dense to begin with
