Those leaves look odd. Whats your watering schedule? pH? Well, city, rain, ro?
They seemed stress. Where they recently put outside or transplanted?
As far as pest, i cant tell if the leaf is deformed or has been muched on. Could be a lot of things not all of which are insects.

Could be cold weather. Plants are small right now so maybe a cheap little shelf greenhouse thing or a bookshelf with clear film. Stabilize the weather and protect from, maybe trap, the unknown pest.

Yea my dad did tell me that the weather could have the plants a little confused cuz its supposed to be spring going to summer already hes an engineer in plant genetics hes mainly fruit treea but he told me the seasons are a little off right now that all of that could have a factor on how the leafs are looking

I see no evidence of pests.
Now I'm sure there are bugs in your outdoor pots/area, but thats not what's happening
That leathery look as well as deformities can come from cold temps and/or RH. Toxicity too. Some strains more than others.

Got it and its also better when the sun is down because thats when most pest come out to feed on the plants and they hide when the sun comes up
pretty much take not of what @drsaltzman and @Oregon Grower humidity outdoors would not be a issue but cold temps are another issue causes spastic leaves is hard water i have had them spin out also split peace
