How long can a thread go on for?
I planted some peyote seeds, 2 survived and they're not much bigger than the end of my finger now.

That was about 13 years ago

Apart from be really really patient the only advice I can give on growing them is don't overwater & like all cacti they need to be ignored completely in the winter.

I just extracted mescaline juice from A few san pedros. I tripped balls last night. It was very strong. Like no other hallucinogen i have ever done. It truly broke me down and then built me back up.

How did you extract it?

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

The two most common misconceptions about peyote are, A- it takes more than two years to get harvested peyote and B- peyote cactus produce a button.

Lets start with B first, The peyote cactus is the button. You cut the peyote from the roots, leaving behind a few areolas so new babby peyote will grow(from each areola). The cut cactus is dried and that is your button.

Now with A, you can grow a huge peyote by grafting it to a faster growing cactus's roots. You then degraft the peyote and reroot it so the alkaloids/Phenylethylamines will start being produced again. Make sure it has been rooted for 6 months before harvesting.:peace:
