PH help. PLEASE!!!

When my ph runs off at 5 with 6.2ish water going in, my plants are not looking that great.

The way you describe this, with the shower flushes with no effect on the run off, it sounds like you have something that is buffering the soil around 5. Which is strange, considering you added lime.

I have never used lime, but I do remember Cervantes talking about using fine powder lime. The pellets probably are doing very little short term.

Man, I don't know. But at least I bumped you...

i agree with heartland because i too just recently had an issue with my runoff being in the lower 5. your in soil so you might not see alarming issues right away but by next week if your runoff is still in the lower 5 you're going to be dealing with a heap of issues. any time your soil ph reaches 5.6 or lower you are going to have phosphorous issues which locks out mag and so on and so on.
if i am not mistaken lime takes a long time to before you actually see any results from its use. if anything you would want hydrated lime for instant results but you would need to get your soil tested before doing so to determine exactly how much is needed.
if anything flush until you ph is back in range and feed with low nute solution right after.
