Those aren't even in the same class, the Apera PC60 does EC, Salinity and has a replaceable probe.
The PH60 is comparable, both have good pergormance.
It's also more accurate going into the hundreths on decimals.
The replacement probes are $33-$62 (EC,PH, 5-in-1), rather than replacing the whole unit when the electrode wears out.

The Apera units can also use the ORP probe on the PH units, if you need to for other processes.

I'm not picking for you. ;)

Apera and Bluelab make comparable quality products, Apera has replaceable probes.
Some people just like tossing it and getting a new one.

Don't see salinity testing listed for the Bluelab EC meter and can't see ORP testing for the Bluelab pH meter.
Apera had hundredth for measurement, which is actually more useful for calibration.
Bluelabs float, the Apera has 4xAA's and floats.
