PH or nutrient deficiency?

Transplanted into 2 Gal pots a little over 2 weeks ago

All are clones
FFOF mixed with a little Light Warrior
Tap water at 28 PPM
Temperatures 74-78
Humidity 50%
1 oscillating 10" fan inside
Thinking about adding an intake fan in the near future
Haven't fed nutrients yet

I have the deficiency charts, but I just don't see anything that resembles the problem I am having. I pH to my water to 6.4-6.5 using a pH pen.

Lots of people have been getting overly hot batches of the ffof this season Kinda mimics a hot soil on some of those pics looking at the leaf tips IMO. Hope you figure it out il be keeping an eye I'm curious myself I've been seeing this a lot with the ffof this year

I use the lift the pot method and when it's light, I water again. That's why the top soil looks dry.

There are 3 plants and a fan.

I thought it might be a P deficiency, but FFOF should be able to feed it for at least 3 weeks.
