PH Tester Question

Basically my situation is I just bought a bluelab PH pen and the calibration stage needs me to sit the pen in a 7.0 liquid and a 4.0 liquid. I have on hand general hydroponics PH up and PH down. If someone who is bored could check the PH of the General Hydroponics PH up and PH down that would be great and very appreciated. I would like to know if I could use it or not. Was very excited to get this digital PH pen, just need to calibrate it.

Or anyone else who has the bluelab PH pen, if you could tell me how you set yours up for calibration that would work too.

You need 4.0 and 7.0 calibration liquid which can be bought online or at your hydro store. Ph up/down won't help you here.
