Picture of nute burned leaf, how to fix?

Here is a leaf from my hawaiian snow, there are only a few burned, so its not too bad..

i THINK i see some iron defficiency but i dont know what else

the only thing i have is (yes i know- horrible) MG bloom booster and molasses

what can i do to fix her? i flushed today, then added MINOR molasses and like 1/4 tsp o bloom stuff

i am growing in soil and dont really know what to buy and when to use it this grow is almost done but any advice would REALLY help for when i start my nevilles haze soon!

its the brown single leaf im worried about most...... its not heat and not mold, but brown dry n crinkly

Good idea on flushing, I would suggest you start off at 1/4 strength and work your way up from there

Both plants has similar problems MG soil, MG nutes, i started it and learned as they grew

for nevilles haze i am hoping to go all out organic but im still hoping to get some decently smokeable bud from these 2

i think plant in 1st pic has another 2 weeks and 2nd pic has maybe a week left, ive been flushing and using molasses sparingly (and theres a little cat hair on the 2nd pic, its there for that touch of amazing flavor! )

if there was this kind of damage, is yeild decreased or potency? or both?

You could lose out a little on yield but not enough to notice a difference at all
