Pineapple Chunk update: What to do Next ?? (JOURNAL)

As you can see I bent top flower (top right corner in locker right next to metal piece holding net trellis) also don't know what to do with the net trellis, is it just to tie flowers down ??

Update :

Plant is very nice in green and thriving with small heat stress (leaves canoeing). Couple Questions :

1.) Is it okay to bend tops away from lights all through out flowering (currently on 9th day of 12/12)

2.) What are these shoots popping up ?? What type of bud can I expect fro them?? see pic 4
