pistils burning?

In my case, only stipules look like are burning and drying up and some even shrinking down. Rest of plant I'd say is in perfect conditions with a strong green color. It's my first time growing a plant so I don't know wtf is going on. Been having it in veg for 9 weeks now and going into flower in a few days. I see nobody gets a clear and definite answer so I just thought I share my experience.
