I’m leaving Friday morning for a solo trip to Colorado what are the cannabis related places I have to stop and see? Cultivation tours, smoke lounges, pot friendly hotels, ect things like that. I plan on heading to Denver first but I think I’m going to stay 2 nights I’m three different cites as this will be my first visit to a rec friendly state. And go:bigjoint:

Honestly man I just have a car reserved and a endless budget really. I haven’t had a vacation in about ten years and the last two years have been insane so I’m retreating myself now that life’s back to normal. Talked it over with the old lady and got the gtg so I’m just doing it lol. I’m not going to book hotels nightly so I’m not restricted to one area of the state. It’s roughly 24 hours round trip driving for me (I do not fly) so I have 5 days to explore.

There’s a few things on this list I’d like to hit up

And definitely some views I’d like to see weather permitting. I’ll be in a little rental rather than my truck to save on gas

doing what in particular?
hiking? drinking? hot springs? driving? sports? eating?

i'd look at that site for 420 friendly hotels for sure. you won't be able to go to the hyatt and blaze up in your room like a chimney without problems.

If you're going to be anywhere near the southwestern part of the state,Mesa Verde should be visited. The Cliff Dwellings will be some of the coolest most impressive views you'll see. It's federal,so leave your smoke at the hotel.Cortez is probably the closest town, hit up The Herbal Alternative there for all your needs.Nice people.Gl

Hiking, sight seeing, id like to take a tour of a large grow, maybe a 420 friendly tour around the city, try and find a few different smoking lounges wether it’s at a 420 friendly b&b I’d need to stay at or a separate facility. I’m not a drinker and don’t do the bar scene so that’s not in the picture. I realize I won’t be able to chief in random hotels or walk down the street smoking. I’m not worried about what dispensaries I should visit more of a entertainment factor.

If you like live shows, you should definitely check and see if there’s a show at Red Rocks that you’d like. If not, you should still stop there and check the place out, the place is incredible.

Saw this on the WESTWORD site. The paper/copy edition of this magazine has a backpage full of weed related info/events/etc. and likely has more info overall. If nothing else...find one when you hit town. They definitely have a weed tilt/lots of weed-related content/etc. You may be able to find info about tours/etc there.

CO has an initiative in the works that may allow statewide cannabis smoking bars/etc. but it appears there may be a couple in Denver...

if hiking is what you want, stay in Estes Park and hike in Rocky Mtn Natl Park. you could hike for days there. stay at the Stanley hotel (steven king The Shining fame)

any show at red rocks is awesome

a rockies game is cool, stadium is great

avalanche hockey might have a home playoff game while your here which would be crazy

if you like trains, durango and silverton is a gorgeous ride. cumbres and toltec is also great

be careful when you head back out of CO. Neb and Kan are notorious for pulling over people for improper lane changes, following too closely, etc.
Thanks for the heads up man as I’ll be crossing all of Nebraska. If anything I might bring a few grams of concentrates back with me but it’s more of a free my mind, body, and soul kinda trip. Just forget life for a week and do what I want to do.
