oooh, it's really good for your core. it tightens you up. it's not as easy as it looks. i plank sometimes, not in the park or anywhere crazy, but at home, hold your body straight with arms folded at the elbow to make a straight line. you can feel it working your core. it's hard. like a half push up where you stay in the center for a minute or as long as you can. it's good but yeah, aussies seem to do this kind of shit lol

yeah i got 7 citations this year from my campus police haha,
-trying to steal their nightstick
- hotboxing the stairwell in the girls dorms
- ripping 3 small freshly planted trees out of the ground while intoxicated
- 3 smoking citations
- trying to tip a smart car with a friend lol
- putting on my black face (i go to an all black college and im 100% white haha)
