Plant buds are tiny at week 7ish... help!

I've been noticing the stigmas of my first plant here turning orange which means it's getting time to harvest but I can barely see any actual bud behind the little sugar leaves. I could be going crazy but I'm also relying on this plant for the long-term. It's also just around week 6 going on 7. 16388513811148895746901193590164.jpg16388514334667953150682172455991.jpg16388521072215017804077831098264.jpg

Are these auto flower? No info so hard to understand what’s going on. Not close to harvest, and there’s nothing to harvest anyways. They look healthy, I’d say they have about 10 weeks and they’ll be ready.

Not autoflowers, just random seeds I found one day lol. I switched the lights to 12/12 at least 6 weeks ago, so it's just weird to see that it'll take another 10 weeks. There's not too much info to give on the plant itself, idek if it's indica or sativa sadly.

I don't see any signs of re-veg, plant pathogens or seeds, so my next guess would be not enough light. what sort of light are you using?

A shitty Garpsen Growlight stand from Amazon. I just figured out it's only 20 watts which I don't think is enough but I could be wrong. I mean, it hasn't been working to bad from what I've seen, the plant always seems "happy," but again I'm not the experienced guy around here lol.

Well I grow sativas, and they regularly take 16+ weeks. Not abnormal at all, in fact that’s the norm.
