Plant deficiencies

Since last watering with RO water mixed with 25% tap, there has been some deficiency signs showing on my plants. I didnt flush the soil, but there came a little bit runoff

Dont know exactly what the deficiencies are, but i might think i can fix the problem by just giving it a normal nute mix.

But since i have just watered the soil two days ago, would it be a good idea to water it again ? Thinking the chance og maybe getting root rot ?

I might have an idea thats it calcium def and maybe some potassium. But i think the solution is to give it nute mix.

But can i give it now since i watered two days ago? Or should i wait until the soil is dry? :)
What soil are you using? What ph? What's the ec of the tap r.o. mixed? If your have bottled nutes, which brand(s)? what week are you on total? Have you used bottled nutes already?
